NEED HELP I’M DESPERATE. Got banned after not playing the game for 6 months.
I finally downloaded the game again after 6 months of not playing it because I wanted to BUY and try the new expansion and it’s saying that my account got banned. HOW did I get banned if I haven’t played in 6 months. I have over 2K hours on this game, have purchased every dlc and bundle, silver and even donated to the Bungie Foundation a couple of times. I have never done anything wrong while playing the game in over 7 years of playing. Please I’m absolutely desperate to get my account back. I already sent a ticket to Bungie regarding this but haven’t got a response back in over 3 days already. Can someone please help me?

7 RepliesHey there, the forum is unable to assist with ban appeals - since you've placed an appeal, that's all you can do for now. Bungie will only respond to the appeal if they intend to overturn the ban or request further information. If they do not respond within about 4-6 weeks then you can assume the ban is being upheld (they typically leave them open, I think it's to catch repeat appeals which are not allowed.)
