Im stuck on step 3 of The outer steppes strangelet quest, The relocator is not working. Im stuck and can't progress the story line .

By any chance, were you in a Fireteam during this quest and did one of your teammates acquire the Relocator first? Also, if you join someone else playing this quest, are you able to acquire the Relocator? Please let us know.
