just checked, and there is an Intel display update and a Dell firmware update for windows that I am now downloading and will apply. Will be back shortly after install and re-boot

The video issues appear to have been fixed. I had multiple updates to Dell, firmware and the Intel video card. After installing and re-boot, the game loads normally and the video is good. Thanks for your help!
