PS4 or PS5 ? If PS5 then might be worth clearing the cache. Turn off your PS5 (do not put in Rest Mode) and connect the controller using a USB cable. Hold the power button on the PS5 until you hear a second beep (takes about 6 seconds). Press the PS Button on the controller. Use the D-pad to navigate down to “Clear Cache and Rebuild Database” then select it. Choose “Clear System Software Cache.” Select “OK.”
