Revert the speaker sight nerf (15 s->10 s)

They nerfed speaker sight with edge of fate from 15 to 10 seconds which is a 33% nerf, except its not. its actually 40% because the speaker sight spawns in 1 healing seeker per 3 seconds so foing from 15 to 10 means it can only spawn in 3 instead of 5. in addition because of the travel time the cure from a seeker can cause you to miss out on a second seeker that you otherwise might have needed due to cobstant enemy attacks which means you may only get 1 or 2. And because it waits 3 seconds after spawning because and it has travel time you very well might not see any restoration for over 4 or 5 seconds, yes you got cure but that isnt that fantastic when you could just use a normal healing grenade to get an instant 6 seconds of healing (with ember of solace) and a cure much better for survivability considering you only extend how much resto you have by 4 seconds for the cost of an entire exotic, altho i should mention that you do get 1-2 more cures than a normal healing grenade but i still feel like it doesnt justify the use of an exotic slot, not to mention it isnt getting the 15% dr from being one of the arbitrarily chosen exotics either so you just end up with a mid exotic with worse defensive capability. And again this means you can run something like subracers, lunas, sanguine. Its all around just a downright awful change abd i dont understand why you did it but even if you did i dont understand why you didny even bother saying something, this isnt a fun little suprise where i find out its more useful than i thought, this is a "wait wheres my healing, now im dead"
