Account Ban/Shadow Ban
June 21,2021 i was wrongfully banned, I've never had even a warning on my account from bungie or any other game since I've started playing Xbox. i got dash boarded, and when i clicked i had a code which come up account ban and possible cheating. which at the time i was Xbox ambassador which would of been against community guideline to mod, cheat, or cause a negative impact in any community. i have tried help tickets, Microsoft, even PlayStation being Sony has what i believe ownership of bungie, and I've even tried discord server, everything. i need help getting back into my account cause seems no one can help me. i truly did nothing wrong and I'm being wronged by not being able to access content i should be able to access. most likely because someone got butthurt they got beat by a girl and decided to take away a game i enjoyed. Took a huge blow on my mental health.
on this day which was around guardian games, the into the deep season, and iron banner which i was in when i got wrongfully banned i was in a match with a few friends and only thing i can guess its the war rig and my sweet business seemed like a hack cause how my armor was set to reload Hella fast in was an in game mechanic and in game stuff nothing outside of destiny 2 was being used.

If you have already submitted a ticket than you have done all that you can do. The appeal process will trigger a 2nd review of your situation and if the ban was incorrect it will be lifted, if found to be valid, it will remain. If more than 1-2 weeks have passed or your ticket is closed without contact, it is generally safe to assume that Bungie found the ban to be properly placed and will not be modified. Bungie will typically respond only if more info is needed or if the ban/restriction is altered. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long. If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal request via [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000654371]this form[/url]. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld, which seems to be the case for you. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Since you've already submitted a request, you've done all you can, and there is no further action that can be taken. At this point, you should assume your ban will remain in place.
