I claimed my free nonary engram and received the "All Four Barrels finisher. My finisher inventory was full when I claimed the engram. I stored a couple of my finishers and went to collections to retrieve the "All Four Barrels" finisher but it will not let me because "Can only hold one at a time" despite the finisher being nowhere on my character. I did restart the game and nothing happened.
