Destiny 2 - Season of the Wish A Sudden Death Shotgun
So, I just recently did a run of the normal Prophecy dungeon (not the Rite of the Nine variation), and I got the Sudden Death shotgun (the Season of the Wish version) from the Hexahedron encounter. However, when I went to the collections tab, it did not show up there. This is likely another error where certain items don't appear in the collections tab after getting them.

2 RepliesHello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you seem to have not received a weapon you acquired. We can imagine how this would cause concern. If you haven't yet done so, we recommend checking your Vault and all your characters, on the off-chance you locate the weapon in this way. If you are unable to locate the weapon, but have screenshots or video footage which demonstrate what you describe, then please consider uploading them to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and sharing a link to them here. We'll then investigate.
