Is there New Land Beyond?
Hi just wondering if new land beyond and its catalyst will be available to players who didn't pre-order deluxe edition before the release of the new raid

It will eventually end of in the Exotic Kiosk, but definitely not right away. Anyone who pre-ordered it for money would have a pretty legitimate complaint if it was available for an Exotic Cipher on day 1. The Quicksilver Storm was not available until months later. I feel like there was less time for the Tessellation though.
