cross save glitch
Hi, I wanted to have my old d2 prestige leviathan ornaments and guns so I attempted to deactivate my current account. It told me to wait 90 days so I waited and then when it came time to reactivate nothing happened. It didn't let me reactivate my old account or any account to be my main and said I had to wait another 90 days. For some reason it asked me to put in my username to be sure but it was something I've never seen on any videos of cross save I watched and I've watched dozens so i don't mess up. Also one of your websites said I could contact you on phone but it was a random womans number and she knew nothing of bungie.cc . I have another 90 days to wait, no main account, and just want to know what happened. If nothing can be done please lmk, I was really looking forward to playing edge of fate with my old cosmetics. ty !

9 RepliesIt sounds like you got the 90 day cooldown for deactivating cross-save due to purchasing silver, then deactivated. Once deactivated a further 90 day cooldown comes into effect and you also have to wait that out before you can reactivate. Bungie do not list a public facing number on any of their Bungie.net pages.
