Issue after removing cross save
For years I have been playing on what I thought was my destiny 2 steam account, after making a meme clan with a buddy I decided to disable cross save so I could make steam my "primary account" and seized the opportunity to fully start over. After logging back in, as expected my Xbox characters are gone which I was hoping for but what I did not expect was that all of my dungeon keys would be gone too. I have only ever bought the dlc and annual passes on steam except for forsaken which I bought both on my Xbox years ago and on steam. When I disabled cross save I thought at least my keys would be linked to my steam account and not my Xbox. I do not own an Xbox and haven't for years. Is it possible to get the keys removed from the Xbox account to add them on my steam account which I actually use? If not I just bought preordered the year of prophecy and am worried it will give the year pass and dungeon keys for the year to the wrong account. Can I get any info on how that would work and how to fix those from potentially going to the wrong account?

Hey there, episode passes and dungeon keys get applied one-time to the Active account at time of purchase - even though purchased on Steam, XBox was the Active account so the keys were applied to that. So yes, now cross-save has been disabled, the now previously dormant Steam account does not have the keys, the XBox account has them. When people buy something like an annual pass edition and then immediately cross-save, making the passes and dungeon key end up on the dormant account, there is a form (which someone has linked you to) which can be used to put them on the Active account - however in your case you've been actively playing the content on your XBox Active account (through Steam), I do not believe Bungie will move them in this case, they're only offering a fix for initially misplaced passes. Year of Prophecy hasn't applied its passes yet as they are not live. It will apply them to the active account when it launches, which now cross-save is disabled, is Steam while playing on Steam.
