I really like the customization on activities and the dlc so I can make it harder over time to get better loot. I personally see value in it for me so the $40 for 6 months is an easy purchase on my end.

1 ReplyTodays stream wasnt bad by any means but it was very boring. It was just a bunch of technical stuff without anything exciting. They mentioned new stuff being in the expansion but that isnt enough. For me, i really dislike the location ability gimmicks, i dont like the featured gear.. feature and I am very dubious about Hunter place in pve being a Hunter main. You can of course play and do absolutely every piece of content effectively but when it comes to group composition they pale to the point of good teams not wanting any Hunters in their teams. They get out bursted, out supported and out utilitied. As for the positives, shooting range is fantastic. This is the only blatant positive thing. All the stat changes, gear changes and even the portal is something that I really need to see for myself to know how I feel about or at the very least see some reviews when the full product is out.

3 RepliesNot for me. It feels like they're building portal so they can rip it away from base D2 in a year or 2 & have it as a standalone game. Forcing people to just play portal makes 90% of the game useless, regardless of if it's free or not, & levelling as content is misleading given unless you grind thru tier 4 then tier 5 you simply can't get high enough to hit max & for me that's always a goal & to basically have to suffer thru content to see a number to up is just wrong. Tier 3 will be the new guardian rank 6-7 were the majority will stay & have nothing to do. It's not my game anymore, after a decade. Leaving happily enough tbh, no hard feelings.
