Parasite. I have killed just shy of 16k Guardians with it and it is an amazing weapon. Outbreak Perfected would be a close runner up. The memories of one phasing bosses with a team of six Outbreaks, the season Unstoppable Pulse was amazing in GMs and just an all round brilliant weapon.

Outbreak Perfected (Outbreak Prime in D1) because of the puzzle you had to do in the Wrath of the Machine to get it. Sleeper Simulant is a good one too.
