Unable to Open Facet of Solitude Chest?
I have the fragments needed to open the chest and it will not allow me to open the actual chest. I can see it on the ledge and everything but it will not open. All other members of my fireteam can open it. I have closed the game and logged back in and even tried opening it solo and no dice. Any help is appreciated.

You need a Darkness Memory created by collecting enough memory vestiges, not just vestiges or "fragments" to open that chest.
