You will get reset to 10 power in EOF. Every new season after you get reset to 200 power. So, in Renegades you will be reset to 200 power. 200 is power soft cap, everything above 200 is seasonal power. Seasons last for six months I believe. As far as I can tell artifact power is gone. Getting to 200p is easy, just play the game. After 200p time to grind the portal/seasonal content, again just play the game. Also, from what I can see at least in the portal anyway you are not scaled, you are allowed to over level again. It's a grinding game and a very easy one at that. Also, why do you care how fast you level? Unless you are going to be doing the world's first Raid race, you don't need to speed level. If you are going to be doing world's first, then you need to set aside time to really grind and level. Stop worrying about your power level being reset. Within probably 3 or so weeks (maybe less) after the powerful level reset, we'll be demolishing everything again anyway. You will be fine, just relax.
