Banned from help center,
Does it actually say you're banned? because ZenDesk (which Bungie use to my knowledge) have a suspension option but iirc that still allows the user to submit tickets but they're sent to a different section than regular tickets.

 • Well, i cant use help center at all using this account, but if i try to use different account, it works. So something is wrong with this profile, it only happens at help center

 • Despite it likely already being mentioned, you have tried this on a completely separate device, using a browser without privacy extensions, and accepted cookies when requested on first visit?

 • Given Bungie use ZenDesks SSO for authentication, the only other 2 things I could say since Bungie aren't chiming in with anything on their end is potentially checking it at a friend or family members house on the chance its a localised issue, and this: - Open Incognito/Safe Mode/InPrivate without any extensions - Head to http://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new - Sign in - Once it redirects you to the home page - Press the back button on your browser and see if it reinstates the session. Besides those, it would most likely need Bungie/Zendesk to look at specific sign in requests to see why they're failing to properly authorise/are being immediately unauthorised to provide anything further.

 • Out of curiosity, I researched a bit in the Zendesk help site/forum and it looks like this kind of problem (logging in and then immediately being logged out, which is not such a rare occurrence) is usually down to some misconfiguration in Zendesk itself, which is to say only Bungie can solve it...

 • Unfortunately, your only real option in that case is hoping BNGHelp will pass it on to the Bungie.net team as I believe they're the ones that handled the integration. They don't have a support option for players though.

 • They do not care about my topic. There is no answer from BNGhelp.
