When using Necrotic on your bond or Necrotic grips, devour rarely procs from arcane needle kills. This has been a problem since Prismatic was introduced. I've been having fun with a lightning surge build lately, and i noticed this still hasn't been fixed. I tested it on patrol level enemies that were easily killed, with one shot from arcane needle. But when you switch to Prismatic and add Necrotic, the Melee damage doesn't seem to register, and devour doesn't proc. Please can you fix this.
