Hey there, you have to claim all of their rewards. If you are full on Enhancement Prisms, then these may appear dimmed in the reward track - but without the blue tick mark which shows they've been picked up. Those are the most likely culprit. Do you see any of those? If not, please take a screenshot of the vendors you are having issues with - the pics can be uploaded to a site like imgur and the links pasted here.
