Rite of Nine Collectibles Progress Reset
Rite of the Nine collectibles from the previous weeks dungeons are now showing as not collected. Is this a known issue or will we be forced to re-collect them?

Yes, the issue with Rite of the Nine collectibles resetting is a known bug. Bungie has acknowledged that the Seeker of the Nine triumph progress was unintentionally reset for some players after the June 3 update. They've identified the root cause and are working on a fix, with more information expected in this week's TWID (This Week in Destiny) update.
