Cannot acquire or complete quest Into the Nine: Prophecy, & Elegant Arsenal Prophecy quests incompletable without GoTD
Hi! I skipped the Ghost of the Deep weeks, since I was moving across the country, and the Into The Dungeon: Prophecy quest does not appear in my Emissary vendor, although the Elegant Arsenal quests do. It might be because I haven't beaten GoTD and completed the relevant Into the Dungeon quest.
Assuming it's not the quest First Vision, that is. I'm pretty sure that's an Elegant Arsenal quest.
If it is the quest First Vision, it and the other Prophecy Elegant Arsenal quests still aren't completable, however, because the lift to the Prophecy platform is from the Ghosts of the Deep platform!
This means that I can't actually get to the chest to finish the last step of the quest, since I haven't beaten Ghosts of the Deep yet- and GoTD isn't accessible right now, so I'm just locked out for another two weeks.

That was an issue for me when I didnt do spire so I cant even get to the second platform but the last part of the quest says to open a chest. How am I supposed to open a chest on a platform I cant get to? Such a lame move from bungie. Cant collect rewards cause you skipped a dungeon encounter?? Lame

Same happened to me, I picked up all the GoTD quests but didn't completed it, and I just finished prophecy and stuck on step 3 of First Vision quest because I cannot open the chest...
