Unable to claim chest for First Vision and First Exorcism quest.
At Eternity for the Rite of the Nine, I am unable to ascend to the platforms to open the chest to complete both the First Vision and First Exorcism quests. I've watched all my friends ascend but I just stand on the platform not going anywhere. I am on playstation. Please help.

Same here. Just wasted a bunch of time online trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Turns out it’s the Bungle boys - again. But they “fixed” being able to use our sparrows there, which was good for us. Pathetic.

Same here with First Vision. I can get to the first platform (Spire of Watcher chest), but not above that. On Playstation 5.
