Edit: Changed post as the secondary problem of the shader not being selectable went away after a relog. There was a pop up when I logged in today about a SE memento reward, it disappeared before I could read it but I found it at Rahool. PROBLEM is the reward didn't work, I had 1 already when I claimed the reward from Rahool but but still only had 1 after, it should have increased to 2. Unless that memento is limited to 1 only when all the rest are 3, claiming the memento did not actually add one to my account. Can i get my memento please? (I know I won't unless this was bugged for everyone) but it is still annoying to finally get the reward bungo said they were going to give and claimed falsely to have already given to everyone who should have got one. Not a single one of the many players I know who should have had got one previously actaully had so it seems bungo yet again lied or fouled up handing them out and finally got round to a fix, unless that message was about something else.
