ETERNAL TITLE seeker of the nine glitched
Seeeker of the nine triumph is glitched. Collectables that have been found are no longer being shown? IE both spire collectibles and GoTD collectables are now missing after being collected in past weeks.

That's what happened to me and don't know how to yet them back. Also it's saying that I haven't done the ghost of the deep dungeon when I have multiple times. Also I have found the last memory in ghost of the deep and it isn't counting it. What do we do about all of this so it will start counting

Same for me. I lost all progress except for the 1st collectable from Ghosts. Really hope this is fixed!

i have the same problem, i lost both from spire of the watcher and only the second one from ghost of the deep, there might be some connection to the small video they produce when you interract with them since i had watched those 3 but ignored the first one from ghost, still i hope they fix it cause i want the title
