Navagator Catalyist
Did all steps for the catalyst opened the chest at the of the last chest and even finished the encounter but didn't get the catalysts to drop for me or the fire team.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We have received reports of the Navigator catalyst not dropping from Ghosts of the Deep when played through Rites of the Nine. At this time, we're looking into this.
