We'd recommend checking all of your available quests to ensure that you don't already have it. You can do this by opening up your destinations and going over to quests, then going to the crown on the left side bar. This will display all quests. If you cannot find it in your available quests and you are unable to find it with Ikora Rey, we recommend checking the Quest Terminal, which can be found at The Tower in the HELM.
