Some have prize pools, some don’t. Worse players are quick to throw out hackusations because they don’t understand how good people can get after 5 or even 10 years. Especially on console. I don’t know what kind of review process they have but I don’t have much confidence in it after seeing their false bans and not banning blatant cheaters.

Aren't there also minimum standards for action? Meaning security can't, "go off their gut"... they need a minimum amount for confirmation as evidence to confirm and issue these bans and restrictions?
