RITE OF NINE QUESTS DONT APPEAR
making this question for some friends none of which have ever received the elegant arsenal or rite of the nine quests they have checked all characters and the quest box by postmaster if you need the bungie id its RodimusPrime739#8862

Could you kindly verify with your friends whether they're able to acquire these quests from the abandoned quests kiosk in the Tower, or via the Emissary of the Nine? Please let us know if your friends are able to locate the quests via the kiosk or Emissary, and we'll review.
