Plagued with Cabbage

Just for months now just can't seem to simply play the game without fear of getting error coded. I use a TP-Link vx220, which is a modem router. Play on PC Steam I've done the following: - Turned off UPnP - Turned off firewall (briefly) - Port Fowarded all the TCP/UDP numbers into my router and fowarded them into my firewall Inboud/Outbound. - Unistalled and reinstalled the game, twice. - Verified the game multiple times - Tried Wireless and Wired None of these have worked. My NAT is Open but still getting Cabbaged. No idea what else to do.
