I recently completed the quest ritual initiation. I clicked on the Navigator, my game stuttered, and in the next screen I had the catalyst for Gjallarhorn instead? I'd already earned/completed that catalyst and I don't see the Navigator anywhere in my vault. What happened? Is there any way to have this changed? I've literally never been able to earn a dungeon exotic and honestly this is so disenheartening I kind of just want to stop playing. I feel cursed lmao
