Why is Ikora suddenly offering the quest Ares Desperado without needed the required dungeon key.
As the title states.
So when I logged in today Ikora displayed a quest marker at the tower. For some odd reason she's offering me the Ares Desperado quest without the requirement of needed the dungeon key for Spire of the Watcher.
