Broccoli

My game crashes with error code Broccoli at least 5 times a day. Just now, 3 times within an hour. And no, it is not my drivers. This only ever happens on Destiny 2 and no other games, and I have done everything in my power to see if any issues with my drivers (there's not). This is the 2nd week in a row that I have been dealing with the constant crashes. Please fix your game, I see a ton of other people dealing with this.

 • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Broccoli errors do typically indicate a problem with the detection of the player’s GPU, often due to a driver crash. To try and resolve this issue, we usually suggest updating your OS and graphics drivers (whichever you haven't yet updated) to their most recent versions. To that point, graphics card drivers should be downloaded and updated directly from the manufacturer’s website. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. However, there's also a possibility that recent driver updates have messed with things. Therefore, please try downloading and installing a slightly less recent driver version, at least temporarily. This may alleviate the issue and help identify which update is the problematic one.

 • Hi there, Error code: BROCCOLI signifies a problem with the detection of the player’s GPU, often due to a driver crash. If you've tried updating your drivers already, you may want to try rolling back to a previous set of drivers. If you've already tried this, try rolling back to a different set. You may want to try the following steps as well:
1. Enable "Game Mode" in Windows 10 or, if you already have "Game Mode" enabled, try disabling it. 2. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use. 3. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps. 4. If you have an NVIDIA graphics cards, see if the card stabilizes using NVIDIA's temporary debug mode. 5. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
