Bungle should make it so that the kick fireteam is disabled during an active encounters with a 10 second delay before becoming able again.Making rewards be collected automatically would also be nice.
Just to be clear,you can still kick people but not during for example a final stand.

If actively in an encounter, kicking should be greyed out until the encounter is finished or failed. After the encounter is finished, until the person receives their rewards give it like 15 seconds of a timer then they can be kicked. If the encounter is failed and you’re back to square one, kicking should be allowed no matter what.

35 RepliesWho ever makes an argument against this QOL change, has kicked someone at the end of a raid before getting their reward. If I was Bungie, I would investigate anyone who makes an argument in favor of kicking someone at the end of a raid. We have some seriously sick individuals in this community.

The one I remember most was being unpleasant the entire time. Truth is if you hop into difficult content with no mic, no experience, didnt read the tags(this is big one for me) and/or you use really unoptimal gear you're going to make people unhappy. Not saying I support their behavior but I also don't support joining a post and thinking double primary and a legendary mg is good(this is not targeted at you). There's no technical solution to the cultural issues in D2 and online gaming. Host your own fireteams.

After reading all the delightful comments to solve all issues if you arrive at the final chest and have suffered with someone that is rubbish/obnoxious and being a -blam!- let them have the chest simple but easy fix. remove boot from fireteam once your on the final fight?/encounter

I try to just be the kind of person people don’t want to kick… I know people sometimes kick for no reason, but I have literally never had this happen, nor have I heard anyone I know having this happen to them. I can’t imagine it is so widespread that it warrants new code to be written, but I could be wrong…
