Cruel mercy has no masterwork.
Just like the title says. The new Nightfall Pulse rifle (Cruel Mercy) does not come with a Masterwork.

Also, I swear Weight Gate is on the NF weapons again. I have done it at least 10 to 12 times now gaining 2 of the NF cipher to aquire adept versions of weapons and I'm still getting strategist withering gaze I've had 5 of those rolls now!

this [i]should[/i] be like a 3-5 min dev fix. (its a known issue in the TWID that they are leaving alone)... you know that [u]its possible[/u] that the guns that people have acquired will never have that masterwork.. meaning straight up worthless imo... why run a NF right now?
