Missing "Umbral Rumble" Shader
I completed the Chess ARG puzzles and was looting the reward chest when I got up to take a phone call and got kicked to orbit. I had looted everything except the shader, which I was inspecting. When I loaded back in, the chest was gone. I can't get it to appear again, even if I redo the entire puzzle on any of my three characters. The shader isn't in my postmaster or collections, but the ship and emblem are. Is there any way to fix this or do I just have to miss out on the shader forever because of this bug?

In the event of any kind of synchronization issue, if you haven't already, we recommend closing the game fully and relaunching it, and checking your Postmaster and Collections once again. Please also check on any non-exotic weapons or armor and check to ensure the shader is not available. If you still can't find it, can you provide us with a little bit more information about what you mean by you were inspecting the shader? How was the shader being inspected?
