It shouldn't as the others don't and the artifact isn't active, the boosts displaying highlighted on tonics are the ones you had active when Revenant ended on that character. For example I still have Hail The Storm, Concussive Reload, and Curative Orbs showing as active but none of their boosted benefits are actually active while a tonic is.
