Help getting Quest for Target Lock Catalyst
I did the secrets and side missions to get three Coalescence of the Knifes (Founts, Hull Breach and Side Mission). Also got the Coalescence of Sorrow from Trenchway. And the Coalescence of Deep Sky from Mausoleum.
However, when I go into the room in Hull Breach with the console, I am still unable to unlock the portal get the message about Crossed Blades Title Found Lacking.
What am I still missing? Seems like it's tied to the Coalescences, but I believe I have them all.
