Step 3 dread knowledge stolen
is it bugged on different characters. I finished it on my warlock but I can't get past step three on my Titan

By any chance, did you happen to also begin this quest with your Hunter? If you did, does progress help to resolve this issue you're experiencing with your Titan? If the issue you encounter with your Titan persists, then please consider recording a video of what you're experiencing. Once you have footage, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and we'll review it.
