Problem with light and darkness pack buy on Steam
(Sry im french but help me ) I bought darkness and darkness pack on steam but i dont have season pass and keys and quests missions for Heresy.

3 RepliesHey there, looks like I just replied to you on Steam but now I can see your Bungie account it does clear one thing up. Looks like you bought it on Steam first and then cross-saved with XBox, choosing XBox as the Active account. Doing it this way around tied the passes and dungeon key (in-game addons applied one-time to the currently Active account) to Steam, but Steam's game profile was then made dormant, taking the passes with it. Cross-saving first and then purchasing would have tied the passes to XBox, and would then be accessible. However please check out this page and fill out the form provided to get the passes moved to the Active account, you can explain what I've mentioned above, that the passes are on the dormant account. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items

Did you purchase that pack and launch the game on Steam before or after activating cross-save? The passes are showing as applied to your Steam account which looks like you setup cross-save after purchasing it. Head to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items and use 'Submit Request' at the bottom. Explain the situation and Bungie will look into it, they only review tickets in the order they are received during business hours Monday to Friday so it can take a few days to get a response.
