Barrow Dyad unable to open catalyst perks
Barrow Dyad weapon level is 16. I have gotten all catayst for this gun. When I go to shape this weapon, my catalyst perks are locked. (ie. Target Lock Refit "Requires Weapon Level 10"). Eventhough my gun is at level 16, all my catalyst perks are still locked. When I go into the "Reshape" section, the gun has "Item locked". Am I missing something? Any suggestions?

This is normal. Shaping a gun means crafting a brand new one. In order to reshape, the gun must be unlocked in your inventory so it can be modified.
