No. I think it's problem now are users of 3rd party software and hardware that allows for inhuman bot like gameplay.
Guardian Games proved that Hunters are overtuned; especially in the Void department. Titans also have some overly oppressive melee abilities.
Warlocks showed that this group needs a lot of love from fragment balancing to powered melee attacks that are beyond weak and a rather non existent synergy between weapons and abilities between exotics.
We also have a decent issue with net limiting that is heavily present in pvp.
I would last argue that Redrix is still way to strong.

But honestly if you are a titan main learn to use a primary weapon. I used to main titan as a HC shotty/snipe main and switched to hunter. Over the last guardians games it was laughably easy to play titans. Why? They don't shoot back.... I had barley touched pvp this season before guardian games and finished with a 5.3kda. Not all, but most titans are too focused on running in a straight line to melee or fusion/shotgun you if u just use a primary its a joke to play....

Not any hunter. Just void. I main solar and it’s one of my mains for when I play pms. It doesn’t hold a candle to void.

I have no issues with what you said... but that causes the imbalances then.. and like someone mentioned below.. you offer the product.. ensure a certain level of quality (we may not know the why but we know how it plays for us) I play Warlock on Void btw.. and I would add that the Lightning Surge is ridiculous on our Warlocks behalf... but most everything else except some flying cheese play with scouts (although can be fought) and the occasional dedicated toxic osmio freeze player we are the most toned down to earth class. I think no class should have silly shards that freeze, random lightning bolt buildup for the whole squad, radar manipulation, invis, wall hacks... these are just anti-pvp things.. let the players play out the game... not press buttons and OHK. some weapons like you mentioned play out of band.. exotic scouts for example dont match up well against legendary scouts.. except that one crota scout probably -
I think jade rabbit stacks up will with other scouts, you just have to hit all head shots. Other than that I agree

oh interesting I meant that the exotics are more powerful than the legendary imo (like polaris right now.. mida and jade can handle things from the back and I have to be perfect with say an Admetus/Randy's...etc.. Fang of Ir Yut is that legendary that I feel is up there) -
Oh, I thought you were saying the exotics were weaker then legendary. I have a love/hate relationship with mida. Polaris is good as well but I think a sleeper is skyburners. Aim assist is crazy. Also I think jade can be used realitivly close. Or closer than you might think. The sights are clean and open. I don't use many legendaries. Randy's, hung jury/glissando, contengency plan.

Agree a lot with the above in what I seen against me including skyburners recently. Agree those are great legendaries you listed but I must point a few (I only use legendary weapons in PVP at least long range [I've adopted exotic shotgun, sidearm, smg for short-range at least for now]) --vouchsafe (Moving Target seems to be doing work for me.. very impressed) --admetus (made me do my first master lost sectors.. > worth it many varietals) --tears of contrition (the sleeper craftable pick.. love it) love/hate with staccato
