Steam account hacked, got access back but hacker changed my name, left my clan, and deleted my bungie friends.

My Steam account was compromised today and I was able to get Steam to give me back access to it. Since my Destiny account is linked with my steam login, the hacker was able to go in and change a bunch of stuff, mainly the genders of my characters, my Bungie name, they left the clan I was in and deleted all of my Bungie Friends. They also linked 2 accounts to my existing Steam account. One was an Epic Games (presto12365) account as well as a Microsoft Xbox account (prestovsk), both of which I can't remove since those 2 accounts belong to the hacker. I also cannot change my Bungie name back since the hacker used up my only name change. Anyone know who I can reach out to about this? I've been scouring the website for answers but this forum seems to be the only option I have to ask for help. Thanks in advance to anyone that can jump in and give me a hand. It looks like my loadouts and weapons are okay from what I can tell but the 2 random accounts linked to my steam account on Bungie.net as well as my bungie name are the 2 biggest priorities to get back. I have the correspondence emails from Steam verifying the hacker activity on my account as well if needed.

So if an account gets hacked and changed by the hacker, bungie has literally no power to fix that for the member who has been buying and playing their products for the past 20 years now? That seems ridiculous. The timestamp between "there was a login attempt" and "your email has been changed" were identical meaning that it was likely a bot program doing the infiltrating. He changed my account from "funbuster19" to this new Bungie name "FF^", which I can deal with if I absolutely have to. I can re-add my friends, I can re-join my clan and change my characters back to how they used to look, but he has now permanently linked his Epic Games and Microsoft accounts to my bungie ID which means there's a good chance he'll try this again and my Destiny account will never truly be secure. I can show the emails from Steam as well where they acknowledge my account was compromised, the same steam login that I use to log into Bungie. Even though I changed my steam info and updated all of my security, this other person can now use their credentials from Epic and Xbox to login as well whenever they feel like it, play my game on their PC and change whatever they like again in the future. How is this possible and how is there no one from Bungie support that I can reach out to for an actual conversation on this? Even the most basic websites have online chat support or a direct support email but I can't find anything other than this forum on Bungie.net. The ONLY thing that was/is supposed to be linked to my Bungie profile is my Steam account and nothing else. There must to be a way for them to see that the Epic Games and Microsoft Xbox accounts were linked at the same time in the last couple of days during the time I was locked out. There has to be a better way to get this resolved. I understand that I should have verified all of my 2FA's were up and running (they are now thanks to my son-in-law) and I just want my account to be fully secured now so I don't have to worry about this again in the future.
