We need an exotic strand heavy weapon.
We've gotten several strand primaries and 2 strand specials, but why no heavies?
I wouldn't mind a strand LMG that fires arcane needles, with 5 hits on a single target causing a suspension explosion. Then killing suspended targets could charge up a super shot which fires a dozen needles at once that explode.
Or
An exotic wave frame strand sword. Using the heavy slide attack launches 4 seeking projectiles that suspend and unravel targets. Rapid light attack or blocking damage hit could give you woven mail and while you have woven mail you gain infinite sword charge.

You know that strand melee hunters have? Well... The Nth Degree Heavy Bow "We're gonna need a bigger room..." Conference Call: When defeating combatants, shots ricochet to nearby combatants (PVE exclusive). Drawing while aiming down sights at an enemy increases the number of arrows fired and grants tracking. Perfectly drawn shots while fully charged (charged is different from drawn) grants the shot bonus damage. This would be decked out for DPS stats.

However, I think instead of it having built arcane needle suspension, have it just be that it shoots a needle and builds up to a needle storm or barrage. That way, if it's paired with the one warlock chest piece, it can cause a mass suspension burst. That way, it's kind of like the warlock version of still hunt. Yeah, the other classes can use the weapon, but it benefits more on a specific class with a specific exotic on.

High impact (360rpm, ~45 mag) Adaptive (450rpm, ~60mag) Aggressive (600rpm, ~75 mag) Rapid-fire (900rpm, ~90 mag) 5 sounds too little for a rapid fire frame but good for high impact or adaptive. Caty gives woven mail after a few seconds or on getting hit while blocking, whichever comes 1st. Not a heavy but what about a breach gl that severs on direct hits and final blows cause a severing explosion.

Like a needle gun from FEAR would have been cool. Might just be the coolest weapon in any shooter. Not sure how they'd solve the issue with it needling people to walls though.
