Hello wondering if anybody can give me a hand? I helped complete the Ada-1 outbreak quest to get the Outbreak Perfected deepsight and I had my partner delete the weapon for the recipe completion, but it didn't give one. The quest is gone now so we can't craft the weapon. I read on here a few times to just reacquire the outbreak from collection, but that didn't do anything to help be able to craft the weapon.
