So i bought something on the EU bungie store on Friday to get the knit one purr two emblem, was told i'd have to wait a maximum of 48 hours for my code, come Monday and there's no code so i look around and find i should contact customer service.
So i do that and they reply with some automated nonsense and that's fine so i press it and they reply with the same message but this time with something that [i]looks[/i] like a code but is the wrong length, so i press again and it keeps replying with the same message and same code.
This code i'm being given does [i]NOT[/i] work in code redeem so i gotta ask, what do i gotta do to get the emblem code i've paid for? Cause contacting support doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere

You will receive an automated acknowledgement, as you've seen, I am not sure what you saw that looked like a code (is it just the case reference?), but it sounds like you need to wait for a proper human response, whatever you're doing is just making it resend the automated response.
