On one of my previous forum posts, we were discussing the ban appeal process. One person in the forum mentioned that his grandfather received a ban after, battle eye flagged his account.
The interesting thing is that my friend and this other person's grandfather received a ban following similar circumstances. Both had traveled out of their own country and played on their own account. Both received a ban following relocation.
I'm reaching out to Bungie with this information. Please, can I get an admin to respond? I believe this needs to be escalated as it could be a bug with battle eye thinking that they might have been using a VPN while playing or something.
This seems as though it may require further information, because there is no telling how many accounts have been banned for this very reason.
