Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are having trouble progressing in the Derealize quest. As far as we know, it should be possible to launch this quest via the Quest tab. Please verify whether you can do this and let us know what happens if you find you're unable to. If you cannot progress it, then please consider recording a short video which demonstrates what's happening. Once you have footage, you can upload it to a site like Youtube and we'll review.
