Why This Is Becoming New Meta And How It Should Be Fixed
So, Last Word and DMT do not receive the new reworked Radiant Dance Machines but Tommy’s Matchbook does? I don’t think it should when it’s out doing a pulse rifle from long range and the new smg boondoggle from close. I think y’all might need to look into that because the last 9 comp games I’ve played I’ve seen hunters using only that and melting me and teammates with 100 resilience.
Now I think that the reworked/revamped Radiant Dance Machines Perk should ONLY work for legendary weapons and not exotic ones. I keep trying to get up in Comp and all that happens is some low level who watched a video about this broken meta comes into the match melting a fireteam showing not true skill. It’s beyond ridiculous because I want to rank up in comp and all I get is someone exploiting something or using some crazy new meta that breaks game logic.
I would like to see this tweaked up a bit or fixed because trials will be annoying for players who don’t play Crucible or Comp like it’s their life. I can only hope y’all see this in game and hopefully change or re-tweak the exotic perk.

The main issue I’ve seen with this build on Solar Hunter is that people can have almost constant radiant buff thanks to RDM and Solar aspects. That means constant damage buff.

They just need to nerf RDM’s effects by about 25% and re-enable all weapons on it.

Noticed this yesterday. People in PvP using Tommy’s. And I’m thinking why on earth would someone do that. The thing is mowing down whole teams Makes sense now.

I think RDM should be less efficient with any weapon that has some kind of hip fire bonus

Legendary weapons become even more powerful than exotics with Radiant Dance Machines. Hip- fire grip mod and off hand strike and don't forget free hand grip mod. All stack with rdm!

Honestly I wish they would just nerf RDM at this point then deal with every problem that pops up. Just make it give dodge charges on kill and [i][b]NOTHING ELSE[/b][/i]! Its already begging the question why do Dragons Shadow and Speed Loader Slacks exist, when RDM does the same thing but better.

I have several weapons that are legendary that shred with RDM hipfire lol. Yall are cooked unless bungie reworks the whole exotic

100 resilience wont save u from anything lol. From 1 to 100 resilience you may be requiered to land 1 more body shot or headshot with tommy's matchbook x) An nobody is at zero anyways. The gun combo is good tough but not that OP.
