Unlimited Orb Bug?
So, I was running an Excision because I had a key from Salvations Edge, and upon doing damage to the boss I just kept generating 2 orbs per hit. (Video proof below) I don't know how to recreate the bug because it just happens randomly.
This weird bug also happened during my solo flawless Pit of Heresy and Shattered Throne, still don't know why it happens every once in a while.
for more info I didn't have any siphon mods on just a masterworked reckless oracle I just got from a secret chest in GOS. I also don't get the orbs but others around me do and it's a crazy sight to see.

Edited by BNGHelp10: 3/4/2025 11:56:17 AMI believe Bungie are aware of it. The glitch is related to Marksman Golden Gun and using a relic that refills your super, once the glitch happens then all precision hits that person does will generate orbs.

1 ReplyIt happens after you pick up a relic item such as the sword. It's tied to I believe the marksman golden. Bonus fun fact the Titan was in front of you likely trying to prevent you from hitting crits because it can crash the game, pretty quickly as well. Like within like 2 seconds my guns and projectiles stopped appearing luckily the person didn't seem to be doing it on purpose and stopped shooting.
