Ritual Potency Item
I have completed Act I, and I go to the place where there is a glowing marker, but it does not let me access the portal for the Ritual Potency chest. I looked online, but that was no help. Any ideas?

So we can look into this, could you please provide us with a short video which demonstrates this issue? Once you have one, you can upload it to a media-hosting site like Imgur or Youtube, and we'll review it.
