Everything that needs to be said has been said in other comments but you would NOT like if they added matchmaking and I'll leave it at that

If matchmaking was added people like you would crash this forum with the amount of complaining they would do about random teammates and how matchmaking matches them with Timmy no thumbs. In game fireteam finder and the legacy fireteam finder on this app have never taken me more than a minute to find 1 or 2 others to do a GM.
